Stephanie Woolworth, LCHMC

Therapist

Stephanie is an energetic and compassionate therapist who has been engaged in the therapeutic process with a variety of clients for 10 years as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Her passion is helping teens work through adversities and barriers so they can live their best lives.  Stephanie received her bachelors of art in Social Work with a minor in Children and Family Studies from Weber State University.  Prior to getting her master’s degree she was a case manager and then a program director for an early intervention program in the Weber/Ogden School Districts. She received her Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix and specializes in trauma focused therapy assisting many clients through various types of traumas. Stephanie draws from multiple disciplines to meet clients’ individual needs and is very well studied in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which is the main therapeutic approach at Youth Care. Stephanie has a collaborative style and is actively engaged in the therapeutic progress. Her motto is “Progress, not perfection”.

During her free time Stephanie loves spending time with her husband, family, and fur babies. Stephanie is energized by listening to music and playing the piano.   She is happy to travel with her hubby and family and loves to visit various National Parks in America and Canada.
