Tamara Bingham is the Human Resources Director at Youth Care, overseeing all aspects of HR operations and organizational culture. She brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in behavioral health, including four years at Youth Care earlier in her career as an Admissions Director. Tamara is passionate about building environments where talented, mission-driven professionals can thrive, and she is honored to support the extraordinary team at Youth Care in that work.
